The Subject Of The Contract Involves Performing Activities For Post -Warranty Service Service For Multimodal Linear Accelerator Elekta Synergy Platform, Production Of Elekta Limited, Together With Local Moso -Mosal Model Model Model Apparatus/S ”) And Detailed In The Technical Specification/Annex 1/. Service Activities Include: 1) Prevention, Subject To The Regulations Of The Regulations For The Source Of The Ionizing Radiation And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer Of The Multimodal Linear Accelerator Owned By The Contracting Authority, With A Multi -Class, Planning And Local Radiation Network For Radiation Information. The Manufacturer, But Not Less Than 4 (Four) Times A Year. 2) Diagnostics And Repair Of Damage Caused During The Operation Of The Medical Equipment; 3) Setting And Calibration Of The Medical Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Of Its Manufacturer. 4) Update The Software And The Required Accelerator Licenses And The Planning System. 5) Delivery Of New, Original Spare Parts For The Equipment Within 7 (Seven) Working Days From The Date Of Establishment Of The Need For Such. The Spare Parts Delivered Should Be Original, New And Unused And Technically Compatible With The Available Equipment. *The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Replacement Of Modules And Systems Due To The Announced End Of Production And Maintenance By The Manufacturer As Follows: - Integritymk 4 Cabinet - Integrity Software 1.2 - Iviewgt Control System Mk 2 - Ams Panels For The Portal Image - Iviewgt Tm. When Purchasing By The Contracting Authority Of The Above Modules And Systems, The Obligations Of The Contractor And In Respect Of Them, Including Installation, Will Automatically Enter Into Force.
