The Design Of The Kpo Will Be Processed So That It Can Be Entered In The Land Register. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Decision Of The Land Office To Approve The Proposal Of Land Consolidation And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal Of The Kpú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Division, Which Precisely Corresponds To The Requirements Referred To In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For The Implementation Of Land Consolidation And The Requirements Of The Land Consolidation, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As “Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.”). The Kopu Will Be Dealt With With Special Consideration For The Treatment Of Water Management Conditions And Anti -Erosion And Flood Measures. Within The Framework Of Land Consolidation, It Is Necessary To Propose Effective Measures To Alleviate Erosion And Thus Support Higher Safety Against The Effects Of Floods. The Whole Cadastral Area Of Tuhaň Near Dubá, Outside The Built -Up Area Of Tuhaň, Will Include The District Of The Comprehensive Land Consolidation. The Estimated Area Of The Area Is In The Cadastral Area (Hereinafter Referred To As The “K. Ú.”) Tuhaň Near Dubá 653 Ha. The Work Will Be Completed In Sub -Parts, The Content Of Which Will Be The Same As The Annex To Decree No. 13/2014 Coll. And Methodological Instructions For The Implementation Of Land Consolidation (In The Current Version). The Results Of The Individual Parts Will Be Handed Over In Accordance With The Contract For Work.
