The Contract Includes The Maintenance Of The Software In Question Consisting In Providing All The Manufacturer Of The Repairs And Upgrades Of The Software And Technical Support To The Extent Necessary To Get The Function Of The Licensed Software. The Contract Also Requires Access To The Installation Files And The Technical Documentation Of The Software In Question.
