1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Energy Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Building In Gościszew, Whose Material Scope Includes In Particular The Execution Of The Following Works: 1) Insulation Of External Walls, 2) Insulation Of The Floor On The Ground, 3) Insulation Of The Ceiling, 4) Replacement Of Windows With Energy -Saving Joinery, 5) External Door Replacement For Energy Saving, 6) Modernization Of Central Heating Installations, 7) Demolition Works Related To Thermomodernization Works, 8) Performing Works Accompanying Energy Modernization, 9) Other Demolition And Renovation Works. 2. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By Design Documentation, Industry Arrangements And Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Developed By The Taika Design Office From Cielimów, From Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Read. 3. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explaining In This Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor May Not Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence When Performing His Obligations Under The Public Procurement Contract. 4. The Contracting Authority Has Made Every Effort So That No Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Includes In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Commercial Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Order Documents, It Is Excluded. The Employer Allows The Offering Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With Construction Law And Appropriate Standards And Ensure Obtaining Technical Parameters (Equivalence Criteria) Confirming The Equivalence Of Materials And Devices Founded In The Order Description And Will Be Previously Accepted By The Contracting Authority. 5. The Contractor Acknowledges That: A) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out At Active Facilities. Conducting Construction Works Should Be Foreseen When Protecting Space For Communication With Particular Emphasis On Disabled People. The Construction Site Should Be Charged To Keep Special Care To Prevent The Access Of Bystanders. B) The Ordering Party Declares That The Task Will Be Financed In Part From Funds Granted To The Employer By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Gdańsk Under The Priority Program Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management National Program Of Financing The Rescue Services Of The Rescue Services Part 3) Energy Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Buildings, In Connection With The Above, The Parties Declare That They Are Aware Of The Interest There Is Timely Implementation Of The Order. In The Event Of Failure To Meet The Contractual Deadline Specified In §3 Of This Agreement, The Employer Will Lose Its Funding And A Damage
