Part 1 Order Entitled Thermomodernization Of The School Complex In Modliborzyce. The Order Of The Order Includes Construction Works At The School Complex In Modliborzyce (I.E. Primary School, High School And Local Government Kindergarten - Modliborzyce Commune, Plot No Door, Renovation Of The Building, Insulation Of External Walls, Implementation Of Lightning Protection Installations And Installation Of Gutters And Roofing Above The Entrance To The Building. Detailed Information On The Description, Scope And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Design Documentation Containing, Among Others Works- Constituting Annex 8 To Swz And Designed Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Concluded Contract Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.4) The External Facade Of The Building Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And With The Following Requirements For Decorative Finishing In The Form Of Imitation Of The Board:  On The Selected Fragments Of The Facade, It Should Be Made Of Decorative Surface Finish Of The Plaster In The Form Imitation Of The Board, Through The Plaster Imprint With A St  Location Of Fragments With A Decoration From The Imitation Of The Board Will Be Indicated By The Contracting Authority At The Stage Of The Works Before The Start Of Facade Works;  Imprint Formula (Invoice) Will Be Agreed With The Employer Before Starting Work;  The Colors Of The Decorative Facade Fragments (Imitations Of Wood) Will Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority By Joining Them;  Before Making The Full Range Of Decorations, The Contractor Will Prepare A Sample Of The Surface (Min. 1M2) On The Building Facade Or On A Separate Panel - For The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party;  Decorative Finish Should Be Durability And Aesthetics;  All Materials Used Must Be Resistant To Conditions Used. Atmospheric And In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Principles Of Building Art;  The Employer Allows The Use Of Technologies Commonly Available On The Market.
