Tenders Are Invited For 2025 - (3) Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading To The Social Welfare Center In Gliwice

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is - Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading To The Social Welfare Center In Gliwice In Terms Of Receiving, Movement And Delivery As Well As The Return Of Postal Parcels. The Deadline For Completing The Task Is Set From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From July 1, 2025. Until June 30, 2026 Or Until Prior Exhaustion Of The Maximum Amount Of Remuneration. 3. The Quantities Of Individual Items Specified By The Ordering Party Specified In Annex 1 To The Contract Are Estimated. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Not Use The Amount Indicated In Annex 1 To The Contract. The Types And Number Of Individual Shipments Specified In It As Part Of The Services Provided Are Estimated And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Employer, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Claim For Quantitative And Generic Changes During The Performance Of The Contract. 4. The Contracting Authority Guarantees A Minimum Wage Of 50% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract. 5. Shipments That Are Not Specified In Annex 1 Of The Agreement Will Be Estimated On The Basis Of The Applicant Price List. 6. Accepting, Moving And Delivery Of All Postal Items And Their Possible Return And Complaints Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Referred To In This Respect, Referred To In Point 7 And In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Contract. 7. Postal Services, Which Are The Subject Of The Contract, Will Be Carried Out On The Principles Set Out In Generally Applicable Law, In Particular: A. Act Of November 23, 2012. Postal Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 896 - Hereinafter Referred To As The Postal Law) And Executive Acts To This Act. Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of November 26, 2013. On The Complaint Of The Postal Service (Journal Of Laws 20119, Item 474) 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Shipments Addressed To The Contractor Points, And Addressed To The Employer To Room 010 Social Welfare Center In Gliwice At Ul. Górne Wałów 9, On The Employers Business Days From Monday To Friday From 7: 30-13: 30.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Zpo Service Service (Return Confirmation Of Receipt) And Returns Of Underdeveloped Postal Parcels To The Employer To Room 010 Social Welfare Center In Gliwice At Ul. Upper Wałów 9, On The Employers Business Days, From Monday To Friday From 7: 30-13: 30.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Send Shipments Sent By The Ordering Party On The Day They Were Delivered. 11. The Contractor Should Have An Entry In The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Order In The Register Of Postal Operators Kept By The President Of The Office Of Electronic Communications And Submit To The Ordering Party To Show The Documents Of The Entry At His Request. 12. The Contractor Provides The Possibility Of Free Electronic Tracking Of Parcels Registered In Domestic And Foreign Trading, So That The Broadcaster Or Recipient Of The Parcel Can
