1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Purchase Of A Compact Transitional Absorption Spectrometer To Flash With An External Thermostat And A Computer Set To The Student Studio Of The Inter -Ministerial Institute Of Radiation Technology Of The Faculty Of Chemistry Of The Lodz University Of Technology. A Detailed Description Of The Apparatus Parameters Includes Technical Specification Annex 2 To Swz. 2) Delivery (Including In Particular Loading, Transport, Bringing And Unloading) To The Room Located On The Third Floor Of The Newly Built A34 Alchemium Building In Łódź At 114 Żeromskiego Street, 1) Installation And Launch Of The Apparatus At The Place Of Use On The Day Of Delivery Or The Next Day After Delivery, 3) Free Training In The Correct Operation Of Small Apparatus And Its Software, Operation And Its Software, And Its Software, And Its Software, And Its Software, And Its Software, Operation And Its Maintenance. The Training Will Take Place Immediately After Installation And Launching Small Apparatus. The Training Will Take Place Stationary At The Headquarters Of The Employer On The 1St Day (8 Hours), 4) Granting A Guarantee Of The Quality Of Small Apparatus For A Period Of 24 Months. Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Warranty Are Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Contract Annex 4 To Swz. 5) Performing The Warranty Service During The Warranty Period. 2. Small Apparatus Should Be Brand New, Complete, Free From All Physical And Legal Defects And Damage, Without Prior Operation. It Cannot Be The Subject Of Exposure, An Exhibition, Test And Demonstrative Subject. Cannot Be A Prototype. Cannot Be Subject To Third Parties. 3. Small Apparatus Should Meet All Standards Set For Such Apparatus By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates In The Field Of Safety And Admission To The Eu, If It Is Required By The Appropriate Legal Provisions And Have Appropriate Marking. 4. Small Apparatus Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation, Launching Without The Need To Buy Additional Elements By The Ordering Party And Operate Efficiently And Achieve Declared Parameters. 5. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
