A Detailed Range And The Number Of Individual Types Of Food Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz. The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Form Of Partial Deliveries On The Basis Of Orders Placed By The Employer Within 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order Placed By A Person Authorized In The Form Of A Telephone Application Or By Email. In The Event Of A Sudden Need, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Place An Order By Phone Or Email, And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Goods Within A Period Of Not More Than 2 Days From The Moment Of Receiving The Order.
