The Subject Of The Order Is Packing And Transport Of Asbestos -Cement Waste (Eternit) Collected On The Property Of Natural Persons From The Trzebinia Commune To The Place Of Their Permanent Storage. Pursuant To The Applicable Regulations And Keeping Waste Records In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587 As Amended) .2) The Estimated Size Of The Order, I.E. Products Intended For Collection Is Not More Than 37,630 M², Ie No More Than 510 Mg Asbestos Made On Pallets Or In Big-Bigs (With About 300 Locations). The Offer Includes The Price For The Export Of 1 Mg (Tons) Asbestos. 3) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Guidelines Specified In Swz, Health And Safety Regulations And With Due Diligence And The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, Guaranteeing The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In A Proper And Secure Manner, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations, In Particular The Provisions On The Removal Of Asbestos T.J: A) Providing The Person Responsible For The Organization Of The Works Performed And Securing The Place Of Performing These Works, In The Event That The Contractor Plans To Organize Construction Facilities And The Place Of Temporary Storage Of Waste, It Is Obliged To Inform The Employer And Organize It On His Own And At His Own Expense And Secure This Place Against The Penetration Of Asbestos To The Environment, B) Proper Marking Of The Work Area, C) Using Available Technical Means For The Purpose Minimizing Pyleniad) Ensuring A Carrier With A Lifting Capacity Above 1 Mg With A Current Legalization Document, E) Providing Employees With Personal Protective Equipment, F) Weighing Asbestos Products In The Presence Of A Property Administrator, G) Signing Asbestos Acceptance Protocol For Each Property Where The Service Was Carried Out, H) Asbestos Transport In The Conditions Specified By The Provisions Specified By The Provisions On Hazardous And Vehicles Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I) Transfer Of Asbestos Waste To A Landfill Intended For Disposing Of This Type Of Waste, With Which He Concluded The Contract, J) Ordering The Area After Completing The Work.
