Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Heating Oil: Light Oil In An Amount Of About 16,000 Liters In The Period From September 1 To December 31, 2025 To The Boiler Room Of The School Complex In Lubomin.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Along With The Transport And Unloading Of Light Heating Oil To The Boiler Room Of The Team In Lubomin, Ul. Copernicus 4.2. The Deadline For Completing The Order: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2025 Or To The Day On Which The Ordering Party Will Have The Maximum Amount Allocated To The Execution Of The Order, Depending On Which Event, 3. Planned Amount Of Delivery - 16,000 Liters. 4. Deliveries Will Take Place Successively After The Representative Or Electronically Reported By The Representative. The Quantity And Date Of Each Delivery Will Be Determined By The Representative Of The Employer With The United States Obligation To Perform The Delivery No Later Than Within 24 Hours Of Notification. 5. The Estimated Amount Of Heating Oil In One Delivery Is 8,000 Liters. 6. Delivery Must Be Carried Out Using Specialized Equipment And Tanks Intended For Oil Transport, Having Appropriate Certified Fuel Flow Meters And Equipped With The Necessary Devices With A Trouble -Free Pumping Of Oil To The Tanks. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Appropriate Laws, Including Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection. 7. Each Pumping Of The Oil To The Contracting Authoritys Tank Will Take Place Only In The Presence Of The Contracting Authority. 8. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Supplied Light Heating Oil Meet The Quality Conditions In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements For The Content Of Sulfur For Oils And Types Of Installation And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008) 9. With Each Delivery, It Is Required To Transfer To A Representative Of The Ordering Party - A Person Receiving A Danarta Fuel Oil Of A Document Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Quality Of The Supplied Oil (Quality Certificate) Specified By The Employer In This Description. Transport Costs Will Be Included In The Price Of Light Heating Oil. 10. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Oil Supplied, In Relation To The Quantity Specified In Point 5 Of The Description, Due To The Weather-Therpheric Conditions, Or As A Result Of Other Factors Having The Resource In The Resource Of The Ordering Party In The Amount Of Oil Supply. In This Case, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To A Payment Of Compensation Claims For Changing The Order. Settlement For Deliveries Will Be Performed With The Actual Amount Of Oil Supplied.
