Tenders Are Invited For Technical Ambulance As Well As The Maintenance And Minor Repairs Of Water And Sewage Installations, Gas, Domestic, Domestic Domestic And General Construction In Buildings And Premises Administered By Mzn Sp.Z O.O.
Part I Orders: Technical Ambulance As Well As Maintenance And Minor Repairs Of Water-Sewage, Gas, Domestic, Domestic, Electrical And General Construction In Administered By The Municipal Board Of Nieruchomości Sp.Z O.O. In Trzebinia In Municipal Residential And Commercial Buildings As Well As Municipal Residential And Commercial Premises Located In The Buildings Of Housing Communities: 1) The Detailed Scope Of Technical Ambulance Activities As Well As The Maintenance And Minor Repairs For Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 2 To Swz, With The Detailed Scope Of Maintenance And Minor Repairs Will Result From Work Orders Issued For Specific Objects, As Long As The Needs And Reports From Users Of Premises. Additions Of Real Estate Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Under Part 1 Are Specified In Annexes 3 And 3A To Swz; 2) Tasks In The Field Of Maintenance And Minor Repairs Will Be Performed From 7:00 To 15:00 On Business Days, While Tasks In The Field Of Technical Ambulance From 15:00 To 7:00 The Next Day And 24:00 On Holiday And Free Days Of Work; 3) Technical Ambulance Tasks Indicated By The Ordering Party, They Will Be Carried Out In The Commune Of Trzebinia In Municipal Residential And Utility Buildings As Well As Adjacent Areas; 4) Tasks In The Field Of Maintenance And Minor Repairs Will Be Performed In The Commune Of Trzebinia In Municipal Residential And Building Buildings, In Areas Adjacent To Them And Municipal Residential And Commercial Premises In Housing Communities, Both Administered By The Municipal Management Board Of Nieruchomości Sp. Z O.O. As Well As In A Foreign Management; 5) The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Execution Of Non -Standard/Additional Orders, Which Are Not Ordinary Maintenance Or Removal Of Failures, E.G. Protection Of The Building During Random Events (Flooding, Fire, Gale), Participation In The Entry Or Securing Premises, Emptying Premises/Vacancy. In The Period From 01/02/2024. Until 31.01.2025, The Contracting Authority Issued 3 Additional Orders. The Contractor Should Apply Only Products And Materials To Apply For Use In Accordance With The Terms Of The Construction Law. Planned Amounts (Frequency Of Service) Are Estimated And May Change (Reduce Or Increase) Depending On The Actual Needs Of Performing The Subject Of The Contract. Settlement Of Services Provided Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Offered In The Offer And The Services Actually Performed.
