12 The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Maintenance And Repair Of Installations And Equipment In Buildings And In Campuses At Ul. Dewajtis 5, At Ul. Wóycickiego 1/3, At Ul. Żubrowa 12 In Warsaw And At Ul. Maria Konopnicka 1 In Dziekanów Leśny. 3. The Contracting Authority Determines The Maximum Amount For The Purchase Of Materials And Elements Necessary To Replace And Repair The Installation And Network In The Amount Of Pln 148,000.00 Gross Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 4. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Order In The Right Of The Right Of Options In The Dimension Of 384 Hours (16 Hours Per Month) In Accordance With Art. 441 Paragraph 1 Of The Act. 5. The Scope Of Work Related To The Provision Of The Service Under The Option Includes Activities Indicated In Opz - Annex 5 To Swz6. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Price For One Man -Hour May Not Exceed Pln 68.93 Gross. Exceeding This Value Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer In Accordance With The Instruction Of Art. 226 Paragraph 1 Item 5) Of The Pzp Act.
