Specification for the Information Boards: 7 1. Board dimensions and Materials : Size: 0.8m (height) x1.0m (length) x 2mm (thickness) Materials: Metal sheet steel with a thickness of 1mm for durability and stability 2. Poles Structure : Materials: 100x100x5mm square tubes, for the support structure. Frame: 25xmmx25mmx1.6mm (the corners should be approximately treated to prevent sharp edges). The height of the board should be 2 meters from the ground level to the top. Finish: Welded and casted in a concrete 700mm depth. Paint: Primed with first coat of oxide, second coat of prime undercoat and black gloss paint. 3. Paint Specification : Priming: Primed with first coat of oxide, second coat of prime undercoat. Top Coating : Background colo r: Gloss white finish for a clean and professional look.
