Expression of Interest for Provision of Piping and Equipment Insulation Works. The scope covers the full execution of piping and equipment insulation works at the MT&T Site, Chongoleani, Tanzania, under the EACOP Project. It includes: 1) Insulation Construction Works: Site-based thermal insulation of piping, valves, vessels, drums, pumps, and associated equipment using materials such as Cellular Glass, Mineral Wool, GRP sheets , stainless steel, and accessories. This includes: . Application of coatings, adhesives, membranes, and weatherproofing. . Installation of protective cladding, metallic guards, and expansion joints . . Surface preparation, cutting, prefabrication, transportation, and on-site installation, including scaffold and platform setup. . Inspection, testing, and documentation in accordance with ITP and EACOP specification. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with a. CRB with Mechanical Class 1(PACKAGE 3) h. Suitable resource avail ability , including equipment and qualified personnel.(PACKAGE 3) i. Copy of ISO 9001: 2015.ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS18001(ISO45001:2015) or equivalent certificate.(PACKAGE 2 &PACKAGE3) j. Proven tr ack record experience list for similar services provided in the last three (3) years. k. Personnel management services experience in major industrial projects especially in oil and gas projects . (PACKAGE 2) l. Confirmation that they can supply equipment as new,advanced, mature, high automation, complete, safe, and reliable equipment;(PACKAGE 1) m. Evidence of organization HSE Management Systems & policy, procedure, and process in compliance with applicable industry standards for similar works.(PACKAGE 2 AND PACKAGE 3) n.
