1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A New Building For The Needs Of A Homeless Animal Shelter At Ul. Łaszczyk 18 In Bytom, Covering The Rooms For The Needs Of:- Cats Stay (Together With External Catwalks),- Cat Quarantine,- Exotarium,- Educational Room. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, Technical And Performance Projects,- Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,- Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Attachments To This Specification. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular:- General Construction Works,- Installation Of Window And Door Joinery,- Finishing Works,- External Robots,- Execution Of Internal Sanitary Installation,- Execution Of Sanitary Sewage System,- Making Heating,- Implementation Of Ventilation Installations,- Implementation Of Electrical Installation,- Implementation Of Lightning Protection And Grounding Installations. 4. In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Ordering Party: At Least 60 Months Warranty And Warranty For Completed Construction Works As Well As The Materials, Equipment And Equipment Used (The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period And Warranty For Completed Construction Works As Well As The Materials, Equipment And Equipment Used, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Criteria For Assessing Offers (See: Part Xvii Swz). Orders To Subcontractors Do Not Release The Contractor For The Proper Performance Of This Order. 9. Orders Were Estimated At A Level Not Exceeding The Eu Thresholds, And The Terms Of The Order Are Therefore Fully Available For Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises.
