1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Energy Warehouses For Residents Of The City And Commune Of Olsztyn2. Project Co-Financed Under The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027 (European Regional Development Fund) For The Priority: Fesl.02.00- European Funds For Green Development, For Action: Fesl.02.06- Renewable Energy Sources. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Carried Out In The Formula Design And Build Is The Design And Execution Of Works Consisting In The Extension Of Existing Photovoltaic Installations With Electricity Warehouses In The Amount Of: 40 Pieces With A Minimum Capacity Of 5 Kwh/Each In Residential Buildings In The Area Of ​​The Commune And The City Of Olsztyn - To The Extent That Allows Them To Be Proper And Consistent With The Provisions. 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: 1) Design And Implementation Of All Installations. 2) Developing Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Install Individual Sets. The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Should Contain Such A Scope Of Work Performed That It Is Possible To Perform Individual Works Correctly And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Assembly Along With Connecting To The Existing Solar Installation And Launching Electricity Warehouses, And To Guarantee Their Proper And Safe Operation And Operation In Connection With The Existing Photovoltaic Installation In Each Building. For:- Verifying The Output Data For Design, Presented By The Employer,- At The Same Time The Inventory Of Buildings As Well As All Research And Analyzes, As Well As Expertise In Accordance With Applicable Law (If Necessary) Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract,- Analysis Of The Most Effective Location Of Energy Storage Storage Ensuring Proper And Safe Operation. 3) Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Permits, Applications, Etc., 4) Execution Of Works, According To Developed Projects, Consisting In The Extension Of 40 Pieces Of Existing Photovoltaic Installations With Electricity Warehouses For The Needs Of Residential Buildings, Using An Intelligent Energy Management System And Energy Production Monitoring Along With Technological Start And Granting A Warranty On Robots And Materials - In The Amount Of 40 Pieces Conditions At Least 5 Kwh/Each.5) Delivery And Assembly Of Electricity Warehouses (A Set Of Battery Modules With Inverter) With An Intelligent Energy Management System And Electricity Production Monitoring, 6) Performing Works And Installation Based On Pfu Guidelines, 7) Warehouse Connection To The Existing Internal Electrical Installation And Photovoltaic Installation - For The Needs Of Each Building, 8). Adaptation And Construction Auxiliary Works (E.G. Puncture, Mounting Holes, Installation Passages Through Building Partitions, Holes Filling And Reproduction And Repair Of Damaged Parts, Finishing Elements) Enabling The Proper Operation Of The Installation, 9) Controls, Tests, Technical Start And Install
