Refuse Transport Services - Operation And Maintenance Of Epirus Smas, Transfer Of Urban Solid Waste (Asa) And Remote Waste Treatment Unit (Aea) Epirus. The Subject Of This Study Is To Provide, With Specialized Staff And The Means Of The Contractor, Operating Services Of Eight (8) Waste Transformation Stations (Smas) To The Epirus Region As Well As The Transfer To The Final Disposal Of The Urban Solid Waste (Asa) Concentrated In The Smas. The Contractor, At His Own Responsibility - Merima And Expenditure, Must Carry Out All The Actions Necessary For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Sma At The Stage Of Their Normal Operation. Uploading And Transporting All The Discharge Services Of Osm Collection-Transmission Vehicles From Waste, Without Any Manual Intervention And Concentration Of Them To A Closed-Type Container, To Transport Them To The Ace And Subsequently The Disposal Of The Residue From The Ace. The Function Means All The Services, Supplies, And Tasks Required To Ensure The Proper Operation Of The Ema. Maintenance Means The Services Provided By The Contractor As Well As The Supply Of Spare Parts To Ensure The Continuous And Smooth Operation Of All The Equipment (Stable-Mobile) And Facilities Of The Sma Without Interruption Or Reduction Of The Performance Of Any Portion Of The Installation, Equipment And Components Of The Smas, As Well As Convention. Specifically, The Service Includes: I. Sma Operation And Transportation And Transport Work Of Urban Solid Waste (Asa), Which Will Be Concentrated In The Smas, For Processing In The Waste Treatment Unit (Aea) Ii. The Transfer Of The Residue Of The Asa Resulting From The Processing Of Waste, To The Final Disposal Of Landfill, Depending On Its Producer, Iii.
