The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Reagents For Performing Analyzes In The Field Of Clinical Biochemistry And Immunochemistry As Well As Auxiliary Materials And Equipment Together With The Lease Of The Consolidating System For This Research For The Needs Of The Diagnostics Department Of The Laboratory Diagnostics Of The Provincial Hospital John Paul Ii In Bełchatów. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Delivery Of Two Identical Analytical Systems (Platforms), On Which The Analyzes Listed In Annex 7 Will Be Performed. All Elements Of The Systems Must Be Duplicated To Secure The Continuity Of The Laboratory Work. Each Of The Analytical Platforms Must Enable Biochemical And Immunochemical Tests From One Sample, Administered From One Place, Without Having To Manually Transfer The Sample Between Modules By The Operator. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Any Reagent, Calibrator, Working Solution, Replaceable Part, Etc. From One Camera Did Not Fit The Other (Twin) Working In Parallel, Which Of Course Does Not Mean That During Routine Work On Both Platforms The Same Set Of Reagents Will Be Used- See Attachment. B) The Numbers Of Markings Given In Annex 7 Do Not Contain Quality Control Tests In The Necessary Quantities, And Tests Have Not Been Added To The Necessary Calibration Because They Are Associated With A Specific Analytical System, Calibration Durability And Reagent Durability On Board The Apparatus And Must Be Accurately Calculated And Added By The Bidder. On The Cost Side, The Contractor Should Also Add The Cost Of Appropriate System Vessels With A Small Capacity, Necessary To Perform Calibration, Control And Pediatric Samples. The Number Of Small Dishes Dedicated To The System Should Be Estimated As 10% Of The Total Number Of All Analyzes. C) The Contractor Should Attach A List And Costs Of An Appropriate Company Control Material For Internal Quality Control Of All Markings Listed In Annex 7. The Frequency And Amount Of Levels Of Intra -Artistic Quality Control Are Given In Annex 8. D) Generally, All Markings Are Divided Into Two Groups: 1.
