Repair And Maintenance Services Of Cooler Groups - Air Conditioning Installation Service At The Shaft Daniłowicz And Paderewski. 1. Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Service Services Of Devices Included In The Air Conditioning Installation Of The Mine Air Air Conditioning At The Daniłowicz Shaft And At The Paderewski Shaft (Hereinafter Referred To As Air Conditioning Installation), Hereinafter Referred To As Service Services. 2 Air Conditioning Together With The Purchase Of All Consumables Necessary To Perform Inspections And Diagnostics Of The Technical Condition Of The Installation And Analysis Of The Technological Process To Prevent The Occurrence Of Consumables And Critical Failures, On The Principles Set Out In § 8 Of The Contract Template. General Periodic Inspection Schedules Are Annex 3 To The Contract Template. 4) Purchase And Delivery, For Separate Orders, All Parts, Components And Materials Necessary To Perform Service Services, To The Extent Beyond The Scope Indicated In Point 6.3, On The Terms Set Out In § 9 Of The Contract Template, 5) Making Entries In Service Books, On The Terms Set Out In § 10 Of The Contract Template And Preparing Reports From The Services Rendered. 3. Performing Service Readiness And Providing Consultations And Advice In The Operation And Functioning Of Serviced Devices 3.1 The Contractor Undertakes To Perform At Least One -Man Service Duty 24 Hours A Day 7 Days A Week. 4. Removal Of Consumables And Critical Failures And Performing Renovations 4.1 During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Provide Services Consisting In Removing Operational Defects Or Critical Failures And Performing Renovations Of Air Conditioning Installations In A Maximum Amount Of 700 Hours Of Work Of One Service Technician. 5. Periodic Service And Conservation Inspections 5.1 The Performance Of Service Services In The Field Of Service And Maintenance Inspections Will Take Place On Dates Resulting From The Technical And Motor Documentation Of Devices Included In The Air Conditioning Installation And Device Operating Instructions, Within Agreed Dates Agreed With The Contracting Authority Each Time. 5.2 Service And Maintenance Reviews Of Air Conditioning Installations Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Content Of The Technical And Motor Documentation Of Devices Included In The Air Conditioning Installation, And The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Diagnostics Of The Technical Condition Of The Air Conditioning Installation, 2) Performing Ad Hoc Service Services Caused By The Need To Optimize Installations, 3) Performing Repair Works Found In T.
