3 Description Of The Minimum Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party And Other Types Of System Properties Referred To In Para. 1 Above, As Well As The Type Of Devices, Components And Belonging (Equipment) That Make Up The System As Above (The So -Called Technical And Resolution Of The Subject Of Delivery) - Says Annex 2 Swz. 3. The Scope Of The Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Includes A Minimum: 1) Sales And Delivery To The Employer Of The Offered System In Place (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Delivery Of The System), Which Will Be Located In Poznań. The Specific Address Of The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment Is Given By § 3 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template (Annex 7 Swz); 2) Preparation For Operation By The Ordering Party Provided To The System, Consisting Of A Minimum Of Conducting The Relevant Installation Activities Of Individual Devices, Components And Other Physical Elements At The Supply Site Of The Equipment, And (After Completing The Above -Mentioned Activity). Performing The First Launch To Demonstrate The Correctness Of Its Operation (Work), As Well As Conducting For The Personnel In Order To Prepare These People For Correct Service And Practical Operation Of The Offered And Delivered To The Employer By This System. A Specific Type And Scope Of Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The Benefits Referred To Above In This Item And The Manner Of Their Performance Is Given By § 4 Of The Contract Template; 3) Granting The Contracting Authority A Guarantee For Equipment, With A Guarantee For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months (And In The Case Of A Pc, Referred To In Point 3) In Annex 2 Of Swz - Not Shorter Than 36 Months) From The Date Of Issuing The Ordering Equipment (With Taking Into Account The Additional Provisions In This Respect Given In § 6 Para. Offered. A Full, Indefinite, Unenimable Minimum License Will Be Required; 5) Issuing To The Ordering Party: A) The Documents Referred To In § 5 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template; B) Other Documents, If The Equipment Offered, Its Manufacturer Or Contractor, Or Legal Provisions Require Such Documents To Use The Equipment On The Part Of The Ordering Party (As A User). 4. The Scope Of This Order (Delivery) Also Includes The Following Additional Benefits Requiring The Performance Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, At The Stage After Issuing The Equipment Of Equipment, In Particular Such As Removing Defects And The Performance Of Other Benefits For The Contracting Authority In Connection With The Guarantee Of Offered And Delivered Equipment. 5. In Detail The Benefits Consisting Of Indicated In Paragraph 3 And 4 Above The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Contract, As Well As Other Terms Of Their Implementation, Shall Be Given By The Contract Template.
