The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Performance (The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Performance And Technical Conditions Is Included In A Detailed Technical Specification, Which Forms An Integral Part Of This Tender Documentation As Its Annex No. 1. The Participants Offer Must Also Include A Completed And Signed Honorary Declaration Of Fulfilling The Technical Parameters Of The Offered Performance (Annex 5) And The Exact Designation (Type, Name, Technical Parameters, Etc.) Of The Subject Of Performance (Eg Product Sheet).
