Health And Social Work Services - Community Housing Services For Elderly. Communal Housing Is A Reporting Social Service Within The Meaning Of Article 11 Of The Private Social Services Act. The Service Provider Takes Care Of The Community Housing Service. Nursing Services Are Provided As Home Care Services And Support Services (Including Contract -Based Subcontracting) In Accordance With The Assessment Of The Service Needs Of The Subscriber. A Service Provider Providing A Home Care Provider Must Have Appropriate Social And Health Care Permits. The Service To Be Purchased Is Described In More Detail In Annex To The Request For Participation. The Detailed Goals Set By The Customer Are: 1.
