Advisory Architectural Services- General Planning For The Extension Of St. Vitus Primary School And The Conversion And Adaptation Measures In The Component A, Eastern Part, Municipality Of Metelen. The Municipality Of Metelen Extends Over An Area Of Approx. 40 Km² In The District Of Steinfurt In The Steinfurter Land And Has Approx. 6,500 Inhabitants (It.Nrw, As Of December 31, 2022). The Municipality Of Metelen Also Includes The Farmers Of Naendorf And Samberg. Metelen Borders In The North And East To The Cities And Municipalities Of Ochtrup, Steinfurt And Horstmar, Which Also Belong To The District Of Steinfurt, In The West And South To The Municipalities Of Schöppingen And Heek Belonging To The Borken District. It Is Only About 20 Kilometers To The Dutch Border. The Municipality Is Shaped Outside The Settlement Areas By A Predominantly Intensive Farmer And Several Designated Areas To Protect Nature And Landscape. It Is Also Part Of The Euregio Area. According To The Population, Metelen Is The Sixthly Self-Employed Municipality In North Rhine-Westphalia, And Is Assigned To The “Small Small Town” Type Due To The Population. Metelen Fulfills The State Planning Function Of A Basic Center In The District Of Steinfurt. The Next Center Centers Are The District Town Of Steinfurt And Ochtrup, The Next Top Center Is The City Of Münster. The Middle Centers Ahaus And Rheine Are Approx. 20 Km Away.
