The System Shall Ensure Uniform Practice And Make It Easy To Identify Deviations In Accordance With The Quality Handbook And Quality Policy. The Procurement Of A Off-The-Shelf System As A Quality System Is A Central Part Of The Work In Meeting The Needs For Quality Work In The Norwegian Environment Agency. The Service Shall Be A Quality System That Supports Document Management, Process Mapping And Handling Deviations And Improvement Proposals - In A Uniform And Integrated Way.
