Sports Facilities Operation Services-Public Service Delegation In The Form Of The Formation Of The Lilobulle Aquatic Center In Le-Controis-En-Sologne And The Aquatic Center Val De Loisirs In Faverolles-Sur-Cher. The Procedure Aims At The Distribution Of A Public Service Concession Contract Within The Meaning Of Larticle L1411-1 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities And L1121-1 Of The Public Procurement Code Relating To The Exploitation, Maintenance And Large Maintenance-Renewal Of Two Aquatic Centers Located In Le-Controis-En-Sologne And Faverolles-Sur-Cher. Lexploitation Is Entrusted For 60 Months From The Date Of Provision Of Aquatic Centers, After A Period Of Tile With The Previous Contract. For The Aquatic Centers, The Maintenance And Ger Missions Will Be Divided With The Holder Of A Partnership Contract Under Conditions Fixed By The Concession Contract. The Delegate Will Draw His Remuneration From The Revenue Dexploitation Of The Activities For Which He Will Be Responsible, At His Expense And Risks.
