Tenders are invited for Video Tutorial Producer Mobile Clinic Quality Monitoring & Decision-Making (Support) Tools Tutorial Closing Date: 26 Jun 2025 Type: Consultancy Project Overview When major emergencies occur, humanitarian health actors are often on the front lines, leveraging their deep connections with affected communities and technical expertise to support health service delivery. One common modality used during such responses is the Mobile Clinic. However, Mobile Clinics are frequently deployed without a systematic decision-making process, and ensuring consistent quality of care remains a significant challenge. To address this gap, the Mobile Clinic Project, implemented in coordination with the Global Health Cluster and other humanitarian health partners, has developed a set of tools designed to support more structured, informed, and quality-assured deployment of Mobile Clinics. These include a Decision-Making Tool and the Mobile Clinic Quality Monitoring Tool to optimize the quality of care provided through Mobile Clinics to track adherence to quality standards. To ensure effective adoption of these tools, Save the Children seeks a qualified video content producer to develop short, structured, and engaging video tutorials on the Decision-Making (Support) Tool and the Mobile Clinic Quality Monitoring Tool. These videos will guide humanitarian health partners and coordinators on the purpose, use, and integration of the tools into monitoring and decision-making processes. Objectives Provide health partners and coordinators with a clear, accessible, and engaging video tutorials of how to use the Decision-Making (Support) Tool and the Mobile Clinic Quality Monitoring Tool. Ensure an engaging and easy-to-follow learning experience. Scope of Work 1. Pre-Production Review background materials (tool documents, related guidance, etc). Support in the development of a detailed video script and storyboard for each video. Incorporate Save the Childrens feedback before proceeding to filming/editing. Offer 3-4 voice-over/narration sample voices for Save the Children to select an appropriate voice for each video. 2. Video Production We will create a series of short tutorial videos (chapters) for each tool. Each video will be a few minutes in length, and together they will total approximately 1 hour per tool. These videos will be organized into concise, digestible segments or chapters to support a step-by-step learning experience. High-Level Overview: Introduction to the Tool Overview of the tool, its purpose, and key benefits. Who should use it and when. Overview and How to Use the Tool Step-by-step walkthrough using screen recordings. Detailed demonstration of how to fill out the tool. Highlight key functionalities and common user challenges. Showcase data input examples and how to interpret outputs. Reporting & Decision-Making Guide on how to use tool outputs for programmatic decision-making. Practical use cases or scenarios. Recap of key messages and takeaways. 3. Style & Technical Requirements Screen recording with voice narration (English). Use of basic on-screen annotations (arrows, highlights, text overlays). Consistent transitions and clear audio. Option to include: Subtitles (auto-generated with review for accuracy). 4. Review & Iteration Submit draft videos for review. Incorporate up to two feedback cycles with Save the Children team. Ensure final versions meet technical and accessibility standards. Deliverables Support with finalizing script for all videos. Finalized video tutorials in MP4 format. Subtitled versions. Editable project files. License-free music and visuals if external content is used. Estimated Timeline for Deliverables Phase 1 Planning Finalized script Narration voice approval By Mid-Late July Phase 2 Production Draft videos for review By Mid-August Phase 3 Review & Final Final videos and deliverables By End of August or Early Sept Roles & Responsibilities Save the Children: Provide finalized content, guidance documents, and visual branding assets. Coordinate internal technical review and feedback. Lead on script development. Complete reviews, provide feedback and approve video drafts. Vendor/Producer: Lead on production and editing. Ensure alignment with learning objectives and technical content. Deliver all products on time and in accessible formats. Ownership of Deliverables Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights related to the videos and associated materials will be transferred to Save the Children.
