Supply of Agricultural Equipment to Youth Agricultural Teams. Legally registered and qualified companies are invited to participate in this tender by obtaining an official free copy of the tender documents. The documents are available from the RWDS office, Monday through Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. General Conditions: Prices must be quoted exclusive of VAT, as the project is VAT-exempt per approval from the Palestinian Ministry of Finance. The winning supplier will be required to issue a zero-tax invoice and a withholding tax certificate. RWDS is not obligated to award the tender to the lowest bidder. Incomplete bids or those that fail to meet the minimum conditions and requirements, or are submitted after the deadline, will be rejected. Bidders must ensure proper registration and documentation of tender submission and receipt in the official RWDS tender logbook.
