The Customers Goal Is To Enable And Ensure Maintenance And Installation Services For Camera And Burglar Systems, Which Are In A Cost-Effective, High-Quality And Timely Manner During The Contract Period. Key Principles For The Contract Of The Contractor: 1. The Quality And Reliability Of The Service • Suppliers Must Ensure That All Maintenance And Installation Work Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Agreed Service Level. • The Systems Of The Systems Must Be Continuous And Undisturbed, Which Requires Eg. Proactive Maintenance And Rapid Response To Fault Situations, And Close And Effective Collaboration Between The Customer And The Supplier. • Suppliers Must Provide 24/7 Fault Reporting Service And Guarantee The First Repair Time Of The Fault Situations At Pre -Defined Time Limits. 2. Competitive Pricing And Cost Management • Framework Arrangement Allows Suppliers To Be Tendered In Accordance With The Terms Of The Framework Agreement So That The Subscriber Always Receives The Best Possible Prices For The Market Situation. • Additional Work And Changes Must Be Approved In Advance So That The Subscriber Can Effectively Manage The Total Cost. 3. Systems Lifecycle Management And Development • Contracting Partners Must Provide Expertise In The Continuous Development And Optimization Of Systems On Request. • The Framework Arrangement Can Be Used To Implement Technology Updates And Life Cycle Management Systems Systematically. • Suppliers Will Be Involved In Regular Evaluation Meetings With The Customer, Which Monitor The Quality And Cost Of The Service. 4. Law Of Legislation And Security • All Services Must Meet Up -To -Date Legislation And Standards Requirements, Including Security And Data Protection (Eg Gdpr, National Security Regulations). • The Supplier Must Regularly Train Their Staff On Security And Safety Requirements. 5. Flexibility And Tendering During The Contract Period • The Subscriber Has The Right To Obtain Services From Contract Partners And To Compare The Solutions Offered To Maintain The Competition. All Safety Techniques Carried Out During The Contract Period Must Follow The Good Installation Method And Carefully And Occupational Safety Instructions. In Sites Managed Or Owned By The Client, The Work Performer Must Always Have A Pictorial Personal Identification Identifier, Which Is Equipped With A Tax Number And The Protective Equipment Needed To Perform The Work Safe. All Work Should Be Done On The Basis Of The Minimum Harm. If The Work May Pose A Risk Or Disturbance To Bystanders, The Contractor Must Clearly Distinguish His Or Her Working Area So That No Outsiders Can Be Lost.
