Company Health Services-Mono-Attributal Service Framework Agreement-Implementation Of Services Relating To Professional Medicine For Staff Of Grandlyon Habitat. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Set Up Services Relating To Professional Medicine For Grandlyon Habitat Staff In Application Of The Legislative And Regulatory Provisions In Force. This Contract Constitutes: A Framework Agreement Governed By Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 Paragraph 2; R.2162-4 To R.2162-6; R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Fixes The Contractual Stipulations In A Firm Manner And Will Be Executed As The Requirements Are Required By Order Form According To The Terms Defined In This Framework Agreement. Laccord-Cadre Will Take Effect For A Current Duration From September 18, 2025 To December 31, 2026. It May Be Renewed Three (3) Times For A Period Of (1) Year. It Has Gone Without Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 300,000 Euro (S) Excluding Tax On The Total Duration Of Framework, Renewal Included
