These Services Are Divided Into Two Contract Documents For Contractual Reasons. The Subject Of The Contract (Development And Support Contract) Is The Services That Are Only To Be Provided On Demand. On The One Hand, This Is The Development Services And On The Other Hand, Operational Support Services. The Other Operating Services That Are To Be Provided Regularly And Without An Independent Access Are The Subject Of A Separate Contract (Company Contract). Development And Support Contract As Well As Company Contract Form A Unit In A Legal Point Of View. Both Contracts Are An Evb-It Service Contract.
