A Framework Agreement Constitutes A Means Of Establishing Overall Terms And Conditions In Accordance With Which, For A Specified Duration, Individual Contracts May Or May Not Be Awarded. This Competition Relates To The Establishment Of A Multi-Party Framework With Three (3) Number Economic Operators, Subject To That Number Meeting The Minimum Criteria And Rules.
