The Tenderer May Submit An Offer To The Area Or Both Areas Of His Choice. The Areas Are As Follows: A Study On The Evaluation And Recommendation Of Social Welfare Interventions. A Study On The Evaluation And Recommendation Of Well-Being And Health Promotion Interventions. Both Areas Consist Of Three Sub-Units. The First Sub-Unit Identifies The Finnish Intervention Evaluation And Recommendation Activities And Their Implementers And Target Groups. The Focus Is On Both Individual Interventions Assessments And Broader Evidence -Based Recommendations. The Second Sub -Complex Describes The Corresponding Activities Of Relevant Reference Countries For Finland.
