Subject Of The Contract: “Selection Of A Consultant To Prepare A Complex Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project With The Essential Requirements Of The Construction And Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of Sites Located On The Territory Of Dolni Chiflik Municipality: Lot No. 1: Preparation Of A Compliance Assessment Of The Investment Project With The Essential Requirements Of The Constitutions Of The Works. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Lot 1 - Preparation Of Complex Reports Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act For Evaluation Of The Conformity Of The Investment Projects With The Essential Requirements Of The Works Under Art. 169, Para 1 And 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act For Sites Located On The Territory Of Dolni Chiflik Municipality, Specified In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation. Lot 2 - Exercise Construction Supervision And Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Delivered And Incorporated Construction Products, In Accordance With The Requirements And In The Volume Provided For In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act For Sites Located On The Territory Of Dolni Chiflik Municipality, Specified In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation. This Procedure In All Lots Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 181, Al. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 104, Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law (The So -Called Inverted Order For Consideration - The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Shall Be Carried Out Before The Preliminary Selection, And The Consideration, Evaluation And Ranking Of Tenders Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Article 61 Of The Pppop).
