The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Carrying Out Construction And Repair Works In Order To Separate The Stem Center, Which Will Be Built On The Third Floor In The School Building And Covers A Lobby, A Separate Corridor With Training Rooms In The Envelope, Which Will Be Completely Renovated Within The Project. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: (A) Implementation Of Construction And Repair Works/Construction Works (Srr/Construction), Including Delivery Of Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Quantitative Accounts: Preparatory And Dismantling Activities: Dismantling Of Old Flooring, Lining, Doors, Luminaires; Dismantling Of Existing Electrical Elements And Furniture. Basic Construction Works: Laying Of New Flooring- Laminate Flooring And Vinyl Flooring; Cycling And Varnishing Of Existing Parquet; Implementation Of Putty And Latex Painting On Walls And Ceilings; Repair Of Electrical Installations With Led Lighting; Replacement Of Switches, Sockets And Power Boards; Replacement Or Repair Of Interior Doors; All Construction Works Included In The Contract Are A Ongoing Repair Within The Meaning Of Paragraph 2, Item 43 Of The Dr Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut). B) Guarantee Liability, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Spa.
