1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Aimed At Adapting Rooms In The Building Of Primary School No. 43 In Bytom, Ul. Suchogórska 98 For The Kitchen, Facilities And Dining Room, On The Basis Of The Decision Held By The Contracting Authority - Building Permit No. 224/2023 Of November 20, 2023. (Case Number Aab.6740.207.2023). The Order Of The Contract Includes In Particular: Division Of Rooms, Forging Door Openings And Installation Of Door Joinery, Replacement And Reconstruction Of Gas, Electrical, Water And Sewage Installation And C.O., Execution Of A Ventilation Installation, Execution Of Floors And Undergoing Moisture Insulation, Execution Of Accompanying, Painting And Cleaning Works. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes An Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Construction Project, Predecessor Of Works And Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Decision-Building Permit, Constituting Attachments To Swz.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Employer A 60 -Month Warranty And Warranty For Completed Construction Works, Building Materials And Installations Calculated From The Day Of The Final Acceptance Of Construction Works For Performed. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Warranty Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code - All Persons Performing Construction Works Such As Demolition, Disassembly, Installation, Painting, Assembly, And Other General Construction Works Listed In The Aforementioned Works, Which Are Not Required To Exercise. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Abovementioned Works, Cooperating Persons Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Insurance System, As Well As The Incumbent Members Of The Managing Or Supervisory Authorities Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partner Company To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service To The Contracting Authority Or Contractor. The Above Is Used According To Subcontractors. Determining The Method Of Documenting Employment Of These Persons, The Contracting Authoritys Rights In The Scope Of Compliance And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Were Specified In The Proposed Contractual Provisions. 4. The Purchaser Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform A Key Part Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order.
