Solidarity 90 - Reconstruction Of Parts Of The Rooms Of The Headquarters Of The District Office In Warsaw, In Particular: A) Demolition Works, B) Water And Sewage Installation Works, C) Execution Of Lintels, D) Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations, E) Painting Works, F) Plastering, G) Putting And Putting Up Floors, H) Installing Air -Conditioning Devices, I) Finishing Works In The Field Construction Facilities. News: The Employer Informs That The Building In Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented Is Installed Midea Brand Air Conditioning And The Compatibility Of The Offered Devices With Existing Ones Should Be Taken Into Account. The Scope Of Planned Works Covers Only The Inner Part Of The Building. The Reconstruction Of The Building Is To Improve The Functionality Of The Building And Adapt To The Needs Of The District Office. The Architectural Form Of The Building Will Not Change. The Surroundings Of The Building (External Area) Are Not Included In The Scope Of The Study. 4) Additional Information: Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, Which Is A Public Building. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Provided For In The Stages Of Construction Works, Carried Out On The Basis Of Project Documentation Constituting Annex 10 To Swz, Caused By The Fact That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility. The Employer Informs That It Is Not Expected To Exclude The Active Object From The Functioning Of The Object. The Organization Of Works Must Take Into Account The Specifics Of The Object, The Resulting Restrictions And Cannot Interfere With The Work Of The Facility. Before Starting The Work, The Contracting Authority Should Be Presented To The Ordering Party Of Organization Of Works Ensuring The Least Nuisance For The Facility. 5) The Ordering Party In This Proceeding Applies A Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act.
