The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Design, Reconstruction And Retrofitting, Belonging To Nurseries Or Childrens Playgrounds In The Biała Podlasie Municipality As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025. Janowska 22 In Biała Podlaska As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025; 2) Comprehensive Design, Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Existing Childrens Playground In The City Nursery The Little Explorer Academy At Ul. Leszczynowa 16 In Biała Podlaska As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2) Functional And Utility Program; 3) Issues Of Works; (Note: The Contracting Authority In The Said Procedure Provides For A Flat -Rate Form Of Remuneration. With A Flat -Rate Form Of Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantity Attached To The Design Documentation Performs Only An Auxiliary And Indicative Function, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All The Work Resulting From The Contract Documents And Project Documentation For The Flat -Rate Price Offered In The Offer On The Basis Of Own Calculation). 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Grant A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For Completed Construction Works For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months*, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. The Contractor May Propose One Of The Following Warranty Periods And Warranty For Defects For Completed Construction Works, I.E. 36 Months Or 48 Months Or 60 Months.
