Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of External Networks Along With The Demolition Of The Workshop Building With The Social Part And The Boiler Room

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of External Networks Along With The Demolition Of The Workshop Building With The Social Part And The Boiler Room As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Office Building By Displaying The Fusion Of Old And Contemporary Architectural Elements As Part Of The Revitalization Of The Space Of The Lower City Of Gdańsk Together With Equipment And Making Project Documentation. The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Paragraph 1 Includes, Among Others, The Performance Of The Following Works: A) Liquidation Of The Water Supply Networks, B) Construction Of The Water Supply Network, C) Liquidation Of The Rainwater Sewage Network, D) Reconstruction Of The Rainwater Sewage Network, E) Liquidation Of Sanitary Sewage Network, F) Construction Of Sanitary Sewage Networks, G) Reconstruction Of The Existing Cable Power Cable Lines, H)) Reconstruction Of The Task Teletechnical Network, I) Demolition Of The Building Of Former School Workshops With A Social Part And Boiler Room. 3. The Contractor Must Predict The Protection Of The Construction Site/Area And Its Surroundings Against Dirt And Destruction. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions On Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, Public And Private Property Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Follow The Legal Provisions, Provide Appropriate Materials And Standards Related To The Contract, Ensure The Quality Of Works And Documentation Needed To Receive Works. 4. The Order Should Be Processed In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Annexes 1.1 - 1.4 To Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 5. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document, Which Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor May Not Use Errors Or Abandonment In Swz Documentation, And Should Immediately Notify The Contracting Authority Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections, And In The Event Of Abandoning The Above, The Effects Associated With It Will Be Burdened Only By The Contractor. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Analyze The Solutions Presented In Swz Documentation, In Terms Of The Technical Solutions Adopted And The Optimization Of The Works System. 8. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Order Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.9 Act. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting The Variant Offer Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Pzp Act, I.E. An Offer Providing For A Different Way Of Performing The Contract Than Specified In This Swz.10. In All Swz Entries And Its Attachments, In Which The Contracting Authority, Due To The Inability To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, Or Tradem
