3 The List Of Devices Covered By The Service In Question Is Included In The Attachment To Swz - Annex 3 To Swz / Annex 2 To The Contract. The Subjective Service Includes: 1. Maintenance:  Silktile Installations. The Energy System Visualization And Control System (Bms) Of The Energy System. Visualization And Control System (Bms) Ventilation Units. Heating Node. Heat Node. Steam Moisturizers. Ventilation Unit, Replacement Of Filters, Air Purity Testing. Osmosis Stations For Steam Moisturizers. 2. Compliance With Control And Maintenance Dates, 3. Maintenance Of Devices In A State Ensuring Safe And Efficient Operation, 4. Informing The Ordering Party About The State Of Preserved Devices And The Need To Perform Works Such As Repairs, Repairs, Modernization, 5. Representing The Ordering Party During Inspections Of External Institutions Including Udt, Psp, Fire Protection Etc., 6. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor After Replacing Hepa Filters And After Cleaning Ventilation Ducts Will Perform Bacteriological Tests Of Air Purity. Research Results Will Attach To The Documentation. 7. Inspections And Maintenance Of Devices And Installations Will Take Place According To The Work Schedule. 8. With The Proviso That Within 12 Hours From The Moment Of Notification, The Contractor Will Present The Initial Price Calculation Of The Repair. The Settlement Of Additional Work Will Be Based On The As -Built Cost Estimate. The Unit Price Of Man -Hours Should Include Access To The Contracting Authority. After The Current Repairs, Inspections And Maintenance Listed In The Annex To Swz, Authorized Persons Are Required To Report To The Technical Department Administration With A List Of Activities Carried Out. The List Should Specify The Activities Performed Along With The Date Of Their Performance And The Persons Who Performed These Activities. The Place Of Months In The Schedule May Change.
