The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1. Services Covered By The Task Legal Services Consisting In Tax Consulting In Proceedings For A Refund Of Tax On Goods And Services And For Other Advice Include In Particular: A) Verification Of The Contracting Authoritys Procedural Position, Including The Preparation Of Process Analysis, B) Procedural Replacement On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Aimed At Recovering The Tax On Goods And Services For The Period From January 2024 To December 2026.C) In Matters In Which The Employers And Organizational Units Of The Employer Act As A Taxpayer, Payer, Collector, Consulting In The Scope Of Tax Schemes Of The Ordering Party And Advisory Activities In Matters In Which The Contracting Authority Acts As A Tax Authority. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Conduct An Analysis Of The Contracting Authoritys Tax Liabilities And Conducted Activities Aimed At Recovering Vat. 3. The Number Of Man -Hours Applies To Tax Consultancy In Matters In Which The Employer And All Organizational Units Of The Employer Act As A Taxpayer, Payer, Collector, Consulting In The Scope Of Tax Schemes Of The Employer And Consulting Activities In Matters In Which The Contracting Authority Acts As A Tax Authority. 4. The Hours Of Providing Services Specified In The Contract Do Not Include Activities Related To Vats Recovery. In Order To Perform The Services Covered By This Agreement, The Employer Will Grant A Tax Advisor Or Legal Advisor Or Lawyer Indicated By The Contractor Of The Power Of Attorney To Represent The Contracting Authority Before Tax Authorities And Administrative Courts And The Court Of Justice Of The European Union.
