1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Modernization Of Lighting Infrastructure In The Commune Of Szczawin Kościelny. The Leaned Modernization Consists In The Replacement Of Non -Energy -Saving Luminaires With New Luminaires. The Number Of Non -Energy -Saving Luminaires, Which Will Be Replaced With New Ones, Is 646 Pieces. As Part Of The Investment, Luminaires Belonging To The Lighting Company Will Be Listed. Installed Lighting Fittings Will Be Able To Remotely Control Without Additional Frame Modification. New Lighting Fixtures Will Be Produced In The Eu And At The Same Time Will Have A Total Of: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i. The Required Warranty Period For New Lighting Luminaires Is A Minimum Of 120 Months From The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Deadline For The Warranty For The Provided And Installed Luminaires That The Contractor Grants To The Ordering Party Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers. The Task Will Be Implemented Based On Infrastructure Owned By Energa Lighting Sp. Z .O.O., Placed At The Disposal Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of A Lease Agreement.
