The Contractor, Rest Organizer Will Report To Organize Recreation: Camp, Colonies, Trips To The Board Of Education Competent For The Place Of The Seat Or Residence Of The Organizer Of Rest. Before Each Planned Trip, The Contractor Shall Submit Copies Of The Notification To The Employer 6. The Contractor Will Make Due Diligence When Performing The Contract, The Service Will Be Performed Based On Applicable Law And In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Proposed Contractual Provisions. 7. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Participants Of Recreation, With The Final Amount Of Remuneration Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Number Of People Participating In Rest. The Value Of The Order Will Be The Product Of The Number Of People Actually Participating In Rest And The Price Of Resting The Organization For 1 Gross Person Given By The Contractor.
