The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The System To An Objective And Systematic Assessment Of Competence For The Needs Of The Equipment Of Six Examination Rooms, Rooms For Examiners And Retrofitting One Examination Station At The Pum Medical Simulation Center In Szczecin. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To This Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of This Procedure Be Brand New, Not Used For Presentation, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor (Own Names), This Was The Indication Of An Example Solution. It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions While Maintaining The Same (Minimal) Or Not Worse Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters, Whose Application Will In No Way Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And Risk, As Well As Its Installation And Implementation. 6.
