The Aim Of The Mkds Extension Is Flexible Monitoring Of Public Spaces And The Equipment Of The City Police For Information Transfer. In Parallel With This Tendering Procedure, A Public Contract Entitled Securing 5G Connectivity To Ensure 5G Connectivity, Including The Supply Of 5G Routers/Modems. To Implement The Subject Of This Public Contract, The Cooperation Of The Supplier Of Mobile Elements With The Supplier Of Connectivity Is Required. The Draft Contract Contains An Obligation To Provide Mutual Cooperation With This Supplier. The Metropolitan Network Administrator, Including The Central Data Storage Of The City, Is The Liberec Information Company, A.S. (Hereinafter Also Liberec Is), Whose 100 % Owner Is The Statutory City Of Liberec. It Is The Delivery Of The Following Mobile Elements: • 10 Camera Sets To Company Vehicles, • 24 Pcs Of Body Cameras For Police Officers, • 4 Pcs Of Mobile Camera Sets Assembled By Swivel Ip Cameras With Backup Source For Power Supply From Public Lighting, • 3 Pcs Of Security And Communication Sets Incl. Sos Communication With 5G Support, • Storage Extension For These Devices. The Delivery Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project “Advanced Secure-Provens Tools In The 5G Network”. The Project Focuses On The Modernization Of Mkds Liberec In Order To Optimize And Streamline The Performance Of The City Police (Hereinafter Also “Mp”) To Ensure The Safety Of Public Space Using Modern Technologies And 5G Networks. The Description Of The Required Equipment Is Given In Annex 5 The Tender Documentation - Technical Specification. The Supplied Equipment Must Be New And Unused, To Meet The Requirements Of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., On Technical Requirements For Products And On Amendments To Certain Acts, As Amended, And Must Be In Accordance With All Applicable Legal Regulations And Technical Standards Relating To Internal Equipment. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Fully Compatible With The Existing City Camera Supervisory System (Mkds) And The Technological Elements That Are Dealt With In Parallel Public Procurement For Its Extension (Vz2). The Description Of The Current Technical Condition Is Given In Annexes No. 5 And No. 7 The Tender Documentation. Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Handover Of All Documents That Need To Be Handled And For Their Proper Use (Especially Warranty Certificates). The Subject Of The Filling Also Includes The Right To The Place Of Performance, Installation, Assembly, And Performing Other Acts Necessary To Ensure That The Products Can Fulfill The Agreed Or Usual Purpose At The Location Of Use. The Subject Of The Filling Also Includes The Removal And Disposal Of All Packaging And Other Materials Used In The Fulfillment Of The Order.
