Data-Transmission Equipment-Public E-Services For Residents Of The Biskupiec Commune. The Subject Of This Order Is The Implementation Of Services, The Purchase Of A Telemetry System Together With Radio Modules Of Data Teletransmission With Assembly And Water Measurement System In The Biskupiec Commune As Part Of A Project Co-Financed By The European Funds Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. The Order Includes 5195 Modules (Different Types/Parameters). A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Some Materials Or Devices; The Contracting Authority Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In The Description, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Obtained Decisions, Ensure Obtaining Parameters At Least At The Same Level As Assumed And Will Not Be Worse In Terms Of: A) Usable Nature (Identity Of The Functions), B) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability, Technical Data, C), C), C) Safety Parameters. The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of Balance Offers In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Pzp, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters Given By The Ordering Party, The Standards Specifying The Subject Of The Contract Are Minimal Conditions, Which The Contracting Authority Will Expect. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions According To Its Description Or Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present An Offer Covering The Entire Order, As The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Separate Parts And Must Be Completed In Full. The Justification For The Lack Of Division Into Parts: The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Said Order Into Parts, Because Such A Division Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract. Implementation Of The Proceedings In Question By Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, For Logistic And Organizational Reasons, The Need For Strict Correlation Of Simultaneous And Successive Actions, And Because Of The Specificity And Result Of Receiving A Coherent System Is Unfounded And Could Seriously Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Order. The Duration Of The Warranty For Measuring Devices, The Telemetry System And The Mobile Application In This Order Are Min. 24 Months. The Contractor With Whom The Agreement Will Be Signed For The Award Of This Public Contract Will Conclude A Contract Of Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data With The Administrator Of This Data (Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanalizacji Sp.Z O.O., Ul.
