Minimum Road Maintenance Standards In The City: 1) Roads Covered And The Order Of Winter Maintenance: A) National Road - Standard 2 Increased; B) Provincial Roads - Standard 2 Ordinary; C) Poviat Roads - Standard 3; D) Municipal Roads - Standard 3; 2) Roads Covered By The Second Order Of Winter Maintenance - Standard 4; 3) Roads Intended To Sprinkle With Sand - Standard 4; 4) Access Roads (Service) Of National Roads - Standard 4; 5) Dirt Roads - Standard 6. 5. List Of Roads And A Statement Of The Area: 1) The National Road With Connectors Constitute Annex 1 To Swz; 2) Access (Service) Roads To The National Road, Snowed Only On The Order Of The Ordering Party, Constitutes Annex 2 To Swz; 3) Streets Covered And The Order Of Winter Maintenance, Constitutes Annex 3 To Swz; 4) Streets Covered By The Second Order Of Winter Maintenance, Constitutes Annex 4 To Swz; 5) Streets Covered With Snow Removal And Sprinkling Sand, Constitutes Annex 5 To Swz; 6) Dirt Roads, Snowing Only At The Order Of The Ordering Party, Constitutes Annex 6 To Swz; 6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The List Of Roads Assigned To The Individual Order Of Winter Maintenance. Changing The List Of Roads Does Not Require An Annex To The Contract. The Contractor Will Be Notified In Writing About The Change. The Amended List Of Roads In The Scope Of The Change Is Replaced By Its Current Provisions On A Specified Day. 7. The Scope Of The Contractors Duties Depends On The Standard Of Maintenance Of Roads In The City And Covers The Following Actions: 1) Snow Removal Of Streets: A) Providing The Passage Of Streets Listed In Annex 1, 3, 4 And 5 To Swz (2 ÷ 4 Standard Of Winter Road Maintenance); B) In The Case Of Heavy Snowfall, The Permissible Time Of Streets Cannot Exceed 4 Hours For Streets Mentioned In Annex 1 - Access Roads (Service), National Roads, No. 4 And 5 (4 Standard Of Winter Road Maintenance); C) In The Event Of Particularly Difficult Weather Conditions, The Times Of Streets Are Impaired, In Accordance With The Standards Of Winter Road Maintenance In Biała Podlaska; 2) Removal Of Slippery On An Ongoing Basis By Sprinkling With A Salt Solution Using Street Solar Solar 3) Combating The Slippery Of Streets Listed In Annex 5 By Sprinkling With Sand; 4) In The Case Of Heavy Snowfall: A) Removal Of Snow From The Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority; B) Snow Removal Of The Indicated Dirt Roads
