The Selected Supplier Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Adequate Stock Levels To Ensure Uninterrupted Supply, Processing And Fulfilling Orders Within Agreed Timeframes, And Delivering Products To All Esb Locations Nationwide. Detailed Monthly Reports On Product Procurement And Quantities By Business Unit Will Be Required To Ensure Transparency. Additionally, The Supplier Must Provide A Standard Operating Procedure (Sop) For Their Ordering System And Portal, Along With Dedicated Customer Support To Handle Inquiries, Resolve Issues, And Manage Returns Or Exchanges.”
