Tenders Are Invited For Repair, Mainenance And Associated Services Related To Aircraft And Other Equipment-Airplane Stop System Service Serving 2026-2030
Repair, Mainenance And Associated Services Related To Aircraft And Other Equipment-Airplane Stop System Service Serving 2026-2030. Request For Participation The Defense Forces Logistics Department (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contracting Entity) Requests An Application For Participation In Accordance With The Application Request For Basic Maintenance And Basic Maintenance Parts For Aircraft Stop Systems In Accordance With This Request For Participation And Its Annexes. In Addition To The Basic Maintenance, The Agreement Also Includes Separately Agreed Fault Repairs, Installation And Modifications, As Well As The Acquisition Of Specific Parts Related To Pre -Defined Maintenance Sites If The Contracting Entity Does Not Have Them. In The Case Of Non -Basic Parts, The Supplier May Not Be Billed By The Subscriber In Addition To The Purchase Price Up To 12 % On The Margin. The Contract Period Is 1.1.2026-31.12.2030 And The Contract Will Be Reserved For 2 Option Years From 1.1.2031 To 31.12.2032. For Basic Maintenance And Basic Maintenance Materials, The Agreement May Begin To Be Followed As Of 1.1.2027. The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Subscriber. For Basic Maintenance Work And Related Spare Parts, The Estimated Value Of The Contract, Including Options, Is Up To Eur 3 Million. In Addition, This Agreement Will, If Necessary, Procure The Fault Repairs, Installations And Modifications And Spare Parts To Be Agreed With The Contracting Entity And The Selected Supplier For A Maximum Of Eur 9 Million. The Estimated Amounts Do Not Bind The Contracting Entity. The Agreement Does Not Create The Exclusive Right To Supply Anything Other Than Basic Maintenance And Spare Parts Of Basic Maintenance.
