Caretaker Services - Technician And Caretaker Services In An Administration Building Of The Vbg District Administration Duisburg. The Type And Scope Of The Service Are Divided As Follows: 1. General/Technical Caretaker Services As A Representation: - The Caretaker Fulfills Tasks In The Field Of Infrastructural As Well As From The Field Of Technical Building Management. A Extensive Consistency Of The Staff Deployed Must Be Guaranteed. The Caretaker Used Is To Be Named The Client (Ag) In Writing. A Representative Must Be Named For Every Caretaker Who Must Also Have Knowledge And Plant Knowledge. Changes To The Caretaker Staff Must Be Reported To The Ag Immediately. - The Caretakers Presence Periods Must Be Ensured In The Holiday And Illness Representation In The Main Use Times Monday To Friday For A Period Of 8 Hours A Day. The Holiday Representation Usually Takes Place For 30 Days. Since The Representation Is Not Predictable In The Event Of Illness, This Should Be Ensured Immediately, But At The Latest On The Third Working Day Of The Requirement.- The Caretaker Is An Important Interface And Contact Person Between Building Users And Owners. The Building Users Can Contact The Caretaker Personnel For Wishes, Disorders And Symptoms, Which Then Takes Over The Further Processing Of The Concerns. The Contractor Ensures A Service-Oriented Attitude Of The Employees He Employed. 2 General Tasks In Monitoring And Maintenance Of The Structural Attachments And Technical Facilities:- General Monitoring Through Daily Regular Controls On Proper And Clean And Safe Condition Of The Property And Compliance With The Household Order. Control Of The Open Spaces For Proper Condition. Control Of The Waste Disposal By Taking Disposal Of Waste, Provide The Waste Container And Container For The Disposal On The Certain Days Of The Week, Waste Boxes 1X Wö. And Keep It Clean. Building. 3. Monitoring Of Building Services:- Daily Control Of The Fire Alarms For Functionality And External Damage. Check The Operational Safety Of Fire Extinguishers And Hydrants In General Area. Test Of The Monitoring Facilities, Pumps, Flow Detectors, The Refill And Desserting Facilities According To Manufacturer Regulations; Lead The Operating Manuals. - Daily Monitoring Of The Tightness Of Pressure Lines, Roosters, Valves And Water Or Sewage Pipes. - Daily Monitoring Of Rain, Case And
