Refuse Recycling Services - Collection And Management Of Waste With Code 17 09 04 From Zakład Gospodarki Wastel S.A. In Bielsko-Biała. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Collection And Management Of Waste With Code 17 09 04 (Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Listed In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03) From Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points And Provided Waste Collection Services From Business Entities And Natural Persons. Construction Waste Is Collected At The Contracting Authority Loose In An Unsatisfied Box On A Hardened Ground. The Contracting Authority Will Implement The Loading Of These Waste To A Set Of Containers Previously Substituted By The Contractor With A Capacity Of 36 M3 (Average Loading Weight Of 14 Mg) Or On A Regular Basis On A Bathtub, A Movable Floor, Which Will Be Resistant To Possible Damage Associated With Loading Heavy Waste May Be Found In Waste With Code 17 09 04 - For This Type Of Damage (Average Loading Weight On A Movable Floor 13 Mg). The Contracting Authority Entrusts The Contractor With Sorting Out Of Waste With Code 17 09 04, At Least: Wood, Metal, Glass, Plastics, Plaster And Mineral Waste, Including Concrete, Bricks, Tiles And Ceramic Materials And Stones To Ensure Suitability For Preparing For Re -Use, Recycling Or Other Recovery, Unless The Sort Of Freedom Is Not Technologically Possible Or Sorrying Allows You To Prepare For Reuse, Recycling Or Other Recovery. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Contractor To Submit An Offer Only For Waste Collection. The Contractor Will Have To Provide The Name And Address Of The Installation Together With The Place Of The Place Of Business In The Bdo And The Symbol Of The Waste Processing Process (In Accordance With Annex 1 To The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste), To Which The Waste Will Undergo. The Contractor Receiving Waste With Code 17 09 04 From The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Deliver It Directly To The Installation Indicated In The Offer. Waste With Code 17 09 04 Will Consist Of, Among Others, Various Types Of Plastics, Paper And Cardboard, Wood, Metal, Glass, Debris And, Above All, From Various Types Of Used Building Materials And Interior Design Elements Removed During Renovations. The Employer Will Enable The Contractor To Take The Waste Samples Of The Waste In Order To Conduct Own Research In The Scope Of Quality Parameters. The Employer Also Allows The Local Vision And The Implementation Of The Trial Collection Of Waste With Code 17 09 04. The Collection Of Waste With Code 17 09 04 Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From 600 To 1800, In The Amounts Previously Established
